TRANSPORTATION
CABO SAFE RIDE
Transportation to and from our wedding events has been arranged for those staying at Hilton. For airport transfers, we highly recommend booking through them as well. They provide reliable private transportation throughout Los Cabos, making travel to and from the resort easy and stress-free.
WHAT TO WEAR
WELCOME PARTY
DRESSY RESORT ATTIRE
For our welcome party, we invite guests to wear dressy resort attire — elevated yet relaxed looks that feel polished for an evening celebration. Think refined, vacation-ready pieces that are comfortable, expressive, and easy to move in while still feeling special.
Scroll through the images for inspiration.
Please also keep in mind that Cabo evenings can cool down this time of year, so we recommend bringing a light layer or choosing pieces that transition comfortably from day to night.
WEDDING
TROPICAL FORMAL ATTIRE
For the wedding, we encourage tropical formal attire in a palette of natural neutrals and dusty sunset hues such as tan/brown, sage/green, peach/terracotta, muted pink/rose, and yellow/golden tones. Lightweight, breathable fabrics like linen, silk, chiffon, organza, and soft cotton blends are encouraged for the warm Mexico climate. Scroll through the images for inspiration.
For men, suits or dress slacks with a button-down shirt are encouraged; belts and ties are encouraged but optional. For women, please wear dresses below the knee and consider footwear that allows you to dance the night away.
We kindly ask guests to avoid neon colors, overly casual attire, heavy fabrics, and white or ivory clothing out of respect for the bride (with the exception of men’s white undershirts). Above all, have fun with it!
REGISTRY
Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift of all.
If you would like to celebrate with us further, we have created some registry options below to help us begin this next chapter together. We truly appreciate your thoughtfulness and support.
To keep travel simple, we kindly ask that gifts not be brought to the wedding, though cards are always welcome.
Thank you, Haley & Nathan
OUR STORY
Some people meet and fall in love right away.
Haley and Nathan spent a year circling each other first.
They met during their sophomore year of college in Seattle, after Haley spotted Nathan across a classroom and immediately felt drawn to him. What followed was a year of shy smiles, quiet glances, and brief hellos in passing—just enough to make it impossible for either of them to forget the other.
Then, while Nathan was studying abroad in Spain, Haley finally sent the message she had been thinking about for months. What began as a simple invitation for coffee became daily conversations across continents, counting down the days until they could meet again. When they finally sat down together for their first date, they talked until the coffee shop closed, feeling less like strangers getting to know one another and more like two people finding their way back to someone they had always known.
A week later, they said “I love you,” and nearly every day since has only made them more certain.
Over the last nearly seven years, they have graduated college and built a life together in the Bay Area, sharing endless card games, spontaneous karaoke sessions in the living room, and a home with their two cats, Derel and Mitzi. Through every adventure, big and small, their favorite thing has remained wonderfully simple: being together.
On October 4, 2025, during a trip to New England, Nathan surprised Haley with a proposal beneath a bridge in the Boston Public Garden. Through tears of shock and happiness, she said yes as the people gathered on the bridge above burst into cheers. Now, surrounded by the people who have shaped and supported their story, they look forward to the moment they have been waiting for all along: saying “I do” on February 27, 2027.

FAQ
DO I NEED TO RSVP?
Yes, please respond yes or no for both events before December 1 so we can plan seating and transportation accordingly. This information will be directly relayed to our wedding planner, so we need it in writing even if we know you are coming. If you do not rsvp by the deadline, we will assume you are not attending.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate responses received after the deadline. If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible.
Kindly note that each guest should RSVP individually.
WILL THE WEDDING BE OUTSIDE?
Yes—our celebration will be held outdoors, at the Los Agaves venue at Acre Resort,
so please plan accordingly for the setting and weather. Cabo typically experiences daytime highs around 79–82°F and nighttime lows in the mid-50s to mid-60s°F.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for your understanding.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

We invite guests to refer to our attire page for all details and inspiration. If you have any questions let us know!
WANT TO BOOK HAIR AND/OR MAKEUP?

We encourage reaching out directly through their websites to inquire about availability, pricing, and scheduling.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
We kindly ask that you refrain from using your phone, camera, or other devices during the ceremony, aside from a designated moment. We invite you to be fully present with us—our photographer and videographer will be capturing everything, and we’ll be happy to share those memories with you afterward.
DO I NEED TO BRING A GIFT?
No, your presence is truly the only gift we need.
If you would like to contribute further, we have a link to our registry above. To keep travel simple, we kindly ask that gifts not be brought to the wedding, though cards are always welcome.

WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?
Los Cabos International Airport, also referred to as SJD.
TRANSPORTATION?
We recommend using Cabo Safe Ride for transportation to and from the airport and your hotel. This is the same car service we will be using for both events. Uber is also available in the area and can be used for additional transportation needs; payment is typically processed through the app. Taxis are widely available as well, though they generally require cash.
WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
We would love for you to stay with us at the Hilton, where we have secured a room block at a special discounted rate for our wedding. However, if that is not feasible you are more than welcome to stay elsewhere, but we recommend staying in the San José del Cabo area for convenience.
